Meet the Sugar Love Team

We wanted to take time to introduce you to our Sugar Love team!  We are dedicated to giving you the best shopping experience, in-store and online.

Jill  - Owner 

Jill graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Journalism & PR.  She has been married to her college sweetheart for 29 years and has four children. Opening a boutique was always a dream of hers, so in 2013 she started Sugar Love Boutique in her basement. She named it Sugar Love because she called her kids sugar and love when they were little.  In her free time she loves to travel, spend time at the lake with family and all things home decor.

Katie - E-Commerce Manager 

Katie is a 2017 Indiana University alumni with a degree in Youth Development. She was married in 2018. Being the owner’s daughter, she has been able to help build the store from the beginning, working during college breaks and holidays. Katie is a huge Disney fan and loves watching movies in her newly finished basement. 

Emily - PR & Creative Director 

Emily is a 2020 graduate of Indiana University with a media advertising degree. She has a passion for fashion and has been there from the roots of Sugar Love with her mom since they started. In her free time, she enjoys going to the lake, playing with her two dogs, and traveling.

Ashley - Store Manager 

Ashley is a 2018 Ball State University alum with a degree in fashion merchandising. She is originally from the Cincinnati area and moved to Fort Wayne with her husband in 2019. She has visual merchandising experience of 6 years.  In her free time, she likes to travel, try new restaurants, and explore the outdoors.

Cassandra - Marketing Assistant 

Cassandra recently graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a degree in communications and journalism, where she was a newspaper editor and a magazine intern.  Currently she’s obtaining her MBA. In her free time, she likes to workout and hang out with her new puppy, Indie.

Hayley - Sales Associate 

Hayley was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She married her high school sweetheart in 2019 and has a four year old little boy named Cooper. She has been a dancer her whole life and currently teaches dance to others. In her free time, she likes to hang out with family and friends.

Bree - Sales Associate 

Bree is currently working on her last year of classes at Purdue University. With her degree in Human Sciences, she would like to pursue a career in children’s media. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with friends and family.
